Lunar Images

Below is my latest lunar image from 07/18/05. The image was taken with an 8 inch LX200 @ f/6.3, with an SBIG ST-2000XM and Astronomik H-Alpha filter. It is a mosaic of 6 images. The images were stitched together in Photoshop CS and levels were adjusted and a slight unsharp mask was applied to enhance detail.

Here is a mosaic of shots taken with my modified Quickcam on 4/29/01. I then combined the individual shots and resized the finished mosaic for the website using Photoshop 5.5. Brightness and contrast adjustments were also made, as well as an unsharp mask to enhance detail.
